Offering relational, emotionally attuned support through pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and the transition to parenthood—rooted in midwifery experience and informed by ongoing psychotherapy training.
Holding questions, fears, or experiences you haven’t had space to explore
Feeling overwhelmed in pregnancy or postpartum
Wanting support that understands both the emotional and practical realities of birth
A SPACE TO BE MET
Emotional Support in
the Perinatal Season
These sessions are relational, reflective, and grounded in emotional attunement and lived birth work experience.
Together, we may explore overwhelm, identity shifts, changing relationships, fears around pregnancy or parenting, or the emotional weight that comes with life changes.
This is supportive, non-clinical care that compliments your existing medical or mental health support.
A focused space to make sense of a birth experience that still feels unresolved, confusing, or heavy.
Support may include:
exploring emotional responses to birth
making sense of difficult or unexpected experiences
integrating medical records or timeline review
space for reflection, grief, meaning-making, and integration
This work is informed by over a decade supporting people through pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and major life transitions in both clinical and relational care settings, alongside ongoing graduate training in psychotherapy and work toward licensure.
